Framed by tall hedges and overhead festoon lighting, our Marquee Lawn is a lovely outdoor space for social occasions.

Guests can mingle on the lawn, enjoy drinks in the afternoon sunshine or gather beneath the lights as evening approaches. The space can be arranged for different styles of entertaining, from relaxed drinks and grazing tables to a more formal celebration.
The Five Acres of Gardens
Our established gardens are one of Fitzroy Inn's most appealing features, offering room to gather, explore and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
With century-old oak trees, winding paths, landscaped lawns, a flowing stream and beautiful garden views, the grounds lend themselves to all sorts of occasions.

Featuring silk lining, clear panels and flexible furniture arrangements, the marquee can accommodate up to 160 seated guests or 200 guests for a cocktail-style event, depending on the layout.
It's an excellent option for milestone birthdays, engagement parties, gala dinners, end-of-year celebrations and larger private functions.
The Grand Marquee is available by arrangement, with seasonal availability to be confirmed with our team.
The Conservatory
With original sandstone walls dating back to the property's historic stables, exposed timber beams and beautiful natural light, the Conservatory is one of our most distinctive indoor event spaces.
It lends itself beautifully to seated lunches and dinners, birthday celebrations, engagement parties, baby showers, private receptions and corporate gatherings.
The room also features a stage, speaker system and microphone, offering additional possibilities for presentations, speeches and entertainment.
The Atrium
Our light-filled Atrium combines original sandstone features with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
Originally an open garden, it has become a versatile indoor space that works particularly well for intimate celebrations, private dining, morning teas, bridal showers, small group gatherings and special occasions.
It can also provide a lovely alternative to outdoor entertaining when the Southern Highlands weather calls for somewhere indoors.
The Front Parlour & Dining Room
With a grand fireplace, comfortable lounges, French doors opening onto the verandah and views of the gardens, our Front Parlour is ideal for occasions that call for a more intimate atmosphere.

The Library
