CONFERENCE PACKAGES
Half Day Conference (5 hours) Delegate rate is $60 per person and includes:
• Continuous Tea/Coffee
• Iced Water/Mints
• Morning Tea
• Two course Lunch
• Room set up & hire
• Standard Equipment Hire.
Full Day Conference (9 hours)
Delegate rate is $80 per person and includes:
• Continuous Tea/Coffee
• Morning & Afternoon Tea
• Room set up, servicing & hire.
• Two course Lunch
• Standard Equipment Hire.
• Iced Water/Mints
• Non Alcoholic Beverages (e.g. mineral water, juices, soft drinks)
Accommodation Conference Package
We can accommodate a maximum of 10 delegates – on a single basis, OR up to 15 on a twin share basis. Accommodation delegate rate is $275/person/night single, and $235/person per night twin share. These prices apply only to midweek (Monday–Thursday) and include:
• Overnight Accommodation
• Four Course Breakfast
• Continuous Tea/Coffee
• Morning Tea
• Room set up and servicing
• Two Course Lunch
• All non Alcoholic Beverages.
• Iced Water/Mints
• Afternoon Tea
• Three Course a la carte Dinner in award winning restaurant
• Standard Equipment Hire
• Exclusive use of Fitzroy Inn Facilities
Terms & Conditions
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking with balance payable at conclusion of conference.
Conference requirements are to be finalized at least seven days prior to conference date.
